Amidst old stone walls and memories of the past, you will find Restaurant Kraftverket – an atmospheric restaurant powered by clean hydroelectric power from our own power plant in the Jølstraelva River. Here, we not only produce electricity for the restaurant and the landscape hotel – but also power for the people who visit us, in the form of authentic food experiences.
Chef Glen, leads the way with a menu where he combines seasonal vegetables and ingredients and creates the most delicious dishes inspired by his many travels around the world. We serve tasty lunch dishes, classic Sunday dinner with dessert, on weekends you can enjoy our 3-course set menu, or choose from our a la carte menu.
